ORDERING & PRODUCTION
Clark Trophies accepts orders by email, through our website, and over the phone. All orders require both an in-hand and event date. Clark Trophies will email a conformation of the planned engraving/etching which must be approved before production will commence. Clark Trophies is not responsible for errors on confirmed engraving/etching text.
Normal Production time is 10 working days (Monday to Friday). Production will not begin until all order information, artwork and engraving/etching instructions have been confirmed and approved.
All orders submitted allowing less than 10 working days for production, not including shipping times, will incur a 10% In-House Rush Charge, with a $25.00 minimum. Express shipping and expedited delivery charges necessary to meet a required delivery date are the responsibility of the customer.
Return & Exchange Policy
Clark Trophies is not responsible for any damages incurred during shipping.
Clark Trophies is not responsible for any claims made 10 days or more after receipt of goods. All packages should be opened immediately and inspected for any damage or your claim may be denied. If damaged has occurred you must save the original carton(s) and packing for the carrier’s inspection.
​Any goods that have already been engraved cannot be returned. There is a 15% restocking charge for authorized returns in saleable condition. Many of the quality crystal merchandise is handcrafted and may contain bubbles, flowlines and slight bumps. These qualities are inherent in the handcrafted processes and are not to be considered defects or reasons for replacement.
