Our standard production time for trophies, plaques, and medals is one business day! Turnaround time for all glassware (bowls, vases, wine glasses, decanters, etc.) is 10 business days. When you place an order we will provide an estimate of turnaround time.

We have the ability to expedite orders, however there could be an additional rush charge on the order as well as possible expedited shipping. Please inquire for expedited orders. Expedited costs will vary based on the order size and delivery location.

We deliver to locations within Fairfield County and Westchester County. For locations outside of this delivery area, shipping may be available for an additional charge.

At this time we do not offer online ordering and checkout. However we would be happy to receive orders via email! To place an order please email orders@clarktrophies.com. We also accept orders over the phone and may follow up with you via email to ensure engraving/etching accuracy.

We have the ability to source many more items than what is shown on our website. We also have the ability to create custom pieces; please feel free to ask if you have a need for an item that is not shown on our website.

We do not ship out samples but you can come into the shop to look at various items we have on display.
